Terms & Conditions

In the event of any dispute, difference or any question arising out of or in respect of any agreement or dispute regarding the commission of breach of any terms thereof, including the issue of compensation, the same shall be referred to the arbitration of Sh. Vikas Deep Jain, Advocate, in terms of Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The venue and procedure shall be decided by the arbitrator. The decision or award so given shall be binding on the parties hereto.
